I'm admittedly bias towards this particular board. Ken is one of the pioneers of Medical and Health Care niche pay-to-post job boarding and has grown his family operation into one of the largest healthcare niche job boards on the web.

His site also boasts a large resume database with category specific search capability as well as a broadcast e-mail feature not common on many other boards.

I'll be inviting Ken to this "discussion" where he can post additional comments in his own words. I'm sure he'll do Absolutely Healthcare more justice than I have here.
