Two additional notes:
1.) Feel free to use blog feature attached to your profile page. Write up a nice description of what you are looking for and I'll "ping" the community, and my external network, for some feedback and answers to your request. Just remember, please don't ask for medical advice. Asking for leads to great resources, however, is a perfect use for this community.
2.) I grew up in Wakefield, just down the road from Salem. I'm a big fan of New England, the "North Shore" and... especially.... Salem during Halloween. Great place to be.
