- I am passionate about the human spirit, networking, net-weaving, technology and talent management strategies. I truly enjoy implementing networking tactics while facilitating lasting and meaningful professional relationships.

I began working in Talent Acquisition in 1995 after forging my early career in marketing sales and sales management with Unisys, Xerox and Johnson & Johnson Medical. I've been a proud servant to the Jackson Healthcare (JH) family since 1999, when I joined Staffing industry pioneer, philanthropist and entrepreneur Richard L. (”Rick”) Jackson as Director of Corporate Recruiting.
October 2008, JH was named the 5th largest healthcare staffing company ranked by total revenue according to Staffing Industry Analyst (SIA) Report.
