- It is with Great interest and enthusiasm for I am now re-entering the work force in hopes to enhance my goals with the career in the Medical Industry. With my newly acquired degree and certificates Associates of Science Medical Billing and Coding, I am better qualified for placement in the career of my dreams.
For the last year I have gathered new knowledge and credentials of medical coding and billing, applied coding convention and general guidelines to assign ICD-9-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes to case studies. I have learned the necessity of proper coding according to government and third party payer regulations. I have developed knowledge of both the medical and business sides of health care essentials.
I plan to pursue the medical billing and coding avenue of a career. However, I am an entry level which makes me vulnerable to your molding to suit your needs. In the time spent pursuing Medical coding and billing, I have been using Microsoft Office 2007 which cover ; Power Point Presentations, Excel, Word, Outlook, InfoPath and much more. I am willing to start in the position of your choosing in order to advance into the career position in the medical industry.
