I just used my surgery "Intra-Op Self Hypnosis" CD during my boned graft ridge for stage 2 of my tooth implant. Just local with supplementation with my iPod !! The dental surgeon said " You were more sedated than my sedated patients" .

I would love to provide CME for my lectures.
