Okay: i know your thinking she's probably one of those shameless peps who can eat anything and still be in her desired weight range... So, I will share a little fact that i am not so proud nor ecstatic about... i'm a very healthy gal when with child... delivering babies and then still being 4 weeks latter at oh only about 204-lbs... so, i am not someone who has never been in those shoes... i have worn them with much distress... The good news is though... IT REALLY DOES NOT HAVE TO BE HARD to get to where you'd like to be-if i can do it after six pregnancies, with four of them leading up to 210-lbs at term - YOU CAN TOO!
:) As you can see I am not stating this lightly.
