- I founded Executive Search Solutions in 2005. Executive Search Solutions is a multi-faceted consulting firm serving most major healthcare sectors with a focus in recruitment for senior care and related ancillary services firms. Our primary customers include Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)/ Nursing Homes, Assisted and Independent Living centers, Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC), Rehabilitation, Hospice, and Home Health Agencies as well as Medical Supply, Respiratory, and Pharmacy organizations.
