- I have a diverse background but have always been heavily linked to a healthy lifestyle. I trained as a sports nutrition specialist and have studied the effects of vitamins and herbs since a teenager.
I am a lover of the outdoors, camping, fishing, boating, hiking, scuba diving, tennis, horseback riding . . . as long as I am out in the fresh air!
I am a healthy gourmet cook and love to share my creations with friends and family. Who says healthy eating has to be a chore!
I am always on a quest for knowledge and make it a practise to learn new things. The gray matter needs exercise too.
My marketing company promotes a simple health improvement without changing any of your existing habits. Antiaging, blood sugar and pressure regulation, more vitality, mental alertness and a great night's sleep . . . just to start!
