About Me, My Profession and/or My Company:
We are a very young start-up company who is in the process of developing a patient controlled health record using open source. We hope to incorporate this with specific disease related information, latest research findings and wellness programs to assist individuals in taking charge of their health and well being. We hope to build a community of savvy individuals ( students, parents, children, physicians, employers, patients, etc) who want to place health care where it belongs: In their hands.
