How can medXcentral's open exchange help you achieve your goals specifically?: By bringing together the MediSphere, we hope to generate solutions to real problems faced throughout the Medical Community. Specifically, medXcentral hopes to lend it's hand in solving the nursing, allied and all around medical staffing shortage through a unique revenue sharing model designed to recycle contingency staffing revenue back to the medical professional as well as educational institutions and employers where it can be used to educate more medical professionals and improve working conditions.

I got my certifications(CBCS & CCA) in June of 08 and November of 08...so I have no on the job experience.The employers are wanting to hire those with experience or say they are going to electronic filing-which I can understand but how do I get hired? I've tried to find organizations (Medical Billing and Coding)within my area(Greensboro & High Point, NC) to network and ask for a mentor, but can't seem to find anyone that gets together. Thanks.
