I'm a little disappointed with July. Although my average is 131. I was hoping to have more of a smother month. I feel I had to many ups and downs. Madhusar doesn't seem to be making the same changes as it did in the 3rd to 5th month. Well we will just have to see how the 7th month turns out.

July's looking like it will be my best month yet. The last two weeks I have only been over target 16% with nothing over 250. Yaaaaaa.

I am lowering my Lantus from 20 units to 17 units a day. I am been consistently low at night leaning towards to to low point for me at least.

June has been an incredible month for me. For the majority of the month I was able to keep my numbers below 200. I think this is a first for me since I have been a diabetic. My glucose average for the month is 137. That is just a little over 6.0% as an A1C. My insulin requirements are the same as they were in May (20 units Lantus / 6+ units Novolog), this is half of what I was requiring in January. I am hoping I can reduce my insulin again, but I can manage with this amount using shots so I will…

This two week period has been interesting. I have had no reduction in insulin in the last two weeks. My control has gotten easier and my numbers are staying in the 100 range most of the time.

Heres my May Results. I have been taking Mahusar now for 4 months. This has helped bring my numbers into the normal range and at the same time I have reduced my insulin significantly.

Just a couple days left of testing and I will have my May Charts posted. It has been the most exciting month so far. I only broke above 250 three or four times.
